PROJECT I

Challenge: When the Nation’s Largest ISP Company needs to Reskill it’s largest workforce army of Fiber Technicians all over Nepal, you have to make sure the right targets are nailed.

After Extensive Need Assessment and Superb Instructional Design with Mind-Blowing Multimedia Output, it was obvious that we became part of a larger mission than to just upskill. 

Goal: To Create A Mind-Blowing Mobile E-learning Course in Micro Learning that would cater to the needs of 5000+ Fiber Technicians in alignment with Company Goals which is relevant, simplified to the care and have 99% Completion Rates. 

Result: The Course we designed led to 99% Course -Completion with 94% Post-Course Evaluation Average. Voila!! A New Benchmark.

PROJECT II

Challenge: When WorldLink, Nepal’s largest ISP, wanted to upskill its trainers in negotiation skills, the goal wasn’t just to teach theory—it was to equip them with practical tools to handle real-world scenarios. The challenge was to create a session that was engaging, effective, and could truly transform how trainers lead their teams.

Goal: To craft a hands-on Training of Trainers (ToT) module on Negotiation that went beyond the basics. The session focused on real strategies, interactive role-playing, and techniques trainers could immediately use to handle conflicts and close deals. The idea was simple: make negotiation skills relatable, actionable, and impactful.

Result: The training did more than just hit the mark—it empowered trainers with confidence and fresh perspectives. They walked away ready to deliver high-impact sessions within their teams and organizations, creating a ripple effect of growth and collaboration. The result? Trainers who weren’t just skilled negotiators but effective leaders.
