Learn Infinity is a global workforce capability consulting firm, working with clients across Nepal, the UAE, Indonesia, India and the US. We started in 2020 to fix a problem our founder saw firsthand: training that generates enthusiasm but never shows up in performance numbers.
Why we exist
Our founder spent years watching million-dollar training budgets produce polite feedback forms and little else. Learn Infinity was built to close that gap — pairing instructional design with the same rigor a CFO would apply to any other investment.
Today we design and deliver custom e-learning, holistic in-person and virtual trainings, executive coaching, and organizational consulting for L&D leaders who are done settling for attendance as the metric of success.

The training room that started it all
Aditi Goyal spent years inside corporate training rooms before she ever ran her own — watching teams nod along to a workshop on Friday and slide back into old habits by Monday. The feedback forms always said "great session." The business metrics rarely moved. That gap between a room full of applause and a business that actually changed became the question she couldn't put down.
In 2020, she started Learn Infinity to close it — building programs that were judged the same way a CFO judges any other investment: did it change a number, not just a mood. It meant walking away from the easy version of the business (sell a workshop, collect a testimonial) for the harder one: baseline a metric, train against it, and come back 90 days later to show the client exactly what moved.
That discipline is now an ICF-aligned coaching practice she still runs personally alongside the firm — working directly with CEOs, CHROs and founders who need a confidential, outcome-literate sounding board, not another vendor pitching hours.
