Custom E-Learning Content Development

Custom E-Learning Content Development

Learning content your teams will actually finish

We design and produce SCORM-ready e-learning — onboarding, soft skills, compliance, and product knowledge — using video, animation, gamification, and AI. Built by an in-house team of instructional designers, scriptwriters, actors, animators, and sound artists, and trusted by organizations across Nepal and beyond.

Why Off-The-Shelf Content Fails

Generic training doesn't change behavior. Custom content does.

Most corporate teams already know the problem: click-through slides that no one remembers by Friday, compliance modules treated as a checkbox, and product training that goes stale the moment a new SKU launches. In a region like Nepal, where field teams, sales teams, and customer-facing staff often work across different languages, connectivity conditions, and literacy levels, generic global content misses the mark even further.

Custom content isn't a luxury here — it's the only version that actually gets watched, understood, and applied.

How We Work

A proven process, from insight to organization-wide rollout

Every project is different, but the path is consistent — and you have visibility at every stage.

01

Needs Assessment

We start by understanding your learners, business goals, and existing gaps — through stakeholder interviews, surveys, and a review of current content — so nothing gets built on assumptions.

02

Content Design

Learning objectives, storyboards, and instructional design blueprints that map exactly how the content will look, sound, and flow before a single frame is produced.

03

Content Production

Our in-house creative director, scriptwriters, actors, animators, motion artists, and sound artists bring the design to life — filmed, animated, or AI-assisted, and packaged as SCORM.

04

Pilot Run

A small group of real learners tests the content first, so we catch friction points before your whole organization sees it.

05

Evaluation & Tools

We measure comprehension, engagement, and completion using assessments, analytics, and feedback loops — and refine based on what the data shows.

06

Organization-Wide Implementation

Full rollout across your teams and locations, deployed to your LMS of choice — or ours — with support through go-live and beyond.

FAQ

Common questions

What is SCORM-based e-learning content?

SCORM is the industry standard that lets e-learning content be tracked, scored, and reported inside any Learning Management System. All our content is packaged as SCORM (with xAPI options) so it works with whatever LMS you use.

Do you only work with companies in Nepal?

No — while we're based in Nepal and deeply understand the local corporate and development-sector context, we've built content for global teams across multiple countries and languages.

Can you localize content into Nepali or other regional languages?

Yes. Localization and multilingual narration are part of our standard content design process.

How long does a custom e-learning module take to produce?

It depends on scope, format (live-action vs. animation vs. simple interactive), and number of modules — we scope exact timelines during the needs assessment stage.

Do we need your LMS to use your content?

No. Our content is built to be LMS-agnostic and embeds into any standard LMS. If you don't already have one, we also offer our own AI-powered LMS.

Ready to build learning content people actually complete?

Tell us about your team, your content gap, and your timeline — we'll come back with a clear plan, not a generic pitch.
