PROJECT I

Challenge: Siddhartha Bank, a prominent A-class bank in Nepal dedicated towards customer delight encountered the difficulty of propagating this mission consistently across all branches throughout the country. 

Outcome: A one-day “Customer Experience Masterclass” was arranged with the aim of bettering the interpersonal skills of Operation In-charges and assisting the Siddhartha Bank team in being the best at customer experience.  

PROJECT II

Challenge: Elevating exceptional individuals to higher roles brought about the necessity for training sessions to adeptly manage teams and navigate personal emotions. This challenge underscored the importance of seamlessly integrating operational excellence with leadership proficiency, prompting the creation of a customized training program tailored to meet the unique needs of participants.

Goal: The goal was to empower young branch managers with crucial leadership skills and emotional intelligence, enabling them to implement practical techniques and strategies for effective team leadership and personal emotion management.

PROJECT III

Challenge: Siddhartha Bank wanted to equip its sales staff with specialized skills to enhance transaction banking sales.

Goal: To design a one-day training session, followed by post-training sessions, that would deliver practical sales techniques and in-depth knowledge on transaction banking. The training was tailored to improve the sales performance of Siddhartha Bank’s team.

Result: The training effectively provided employees with actionable sales strategies, boosting their confidence and ability to drive transaction banking sales within the bank.

Through meticulous Needs Assessment and Instructional Design, coupled with engaging Multimedia Outputs, it becomes evident that we’re not merely enhancing skills; we’re integral to a broader quest for unparalleled customer service.

Outcome: The primary goal of the training initiative was to cultivate a customer-centric mindset among employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery, ultimately driving positive changes throughout the bank.

 PROJECT II

Challenge: When NMB Bank aimed to elevate the customer service skills of its team, the goal was not only to train but to ensure lasting impact through practical implementation and peer-to-peer learning.

Goal: To deliver an 8-session training program, including 2 sessions of Training of Trainers (TOT), that would equip 40 participants with the resources and expertise to provide an unparalleled customer experience. The focus was on hands-on training, practical application, and certifying participants as trainers, empowering them to pass on their knowledge to colleagues at NMB Bank.

Result: The program successfully equipped 40 participants to enhance customer service and enabled them to train their peers, fostering a sustainable, high-quality customer service culture across the bank.

Challenge: Nepal’s first licensed  digital payment provider IME Digital Solution was facing the issue of delegation among the manages and to design a holistic employee experience.

Goal: The overall goal of the training sessions was to help managers design a holistic Employee Experience at their Workplace and Be an Influential leader to their team members.

PROJECT II
Challenge: IME needed to empower their internal staff with the skills to become self-sufficient in managing their training needs.

Goal: To conduct a comprehensive Training of Trainers (TOT) program over 4 full-day sessions. The training included practical exercises and evaluations, providing participants with the tools and resources to effectively train others within the organization and become certified trainers.

Result: The IME TOT program delivered a team of certified trainers who are now capable of fulfilling the company’s internal training needs, creating a self-sustaining training ecosystem.
