This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Learn Infinity website. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be fair and flexible in our refund procedures.
Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
Cancellation before event: You are entitled to a full refund (100% of the purchase price) if you cancel your attendance at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled event start date.
Speaker cancellation: In the unlikely event that a main speaker for the event becomes unavailable and cannot be replaced with a similar speaker of equal caliber, you may be eligible for a full refund, or a partial refund if a reasonable alternative speaker is provided.
